Completed in the fall of 2013, Brooks Rehabilitation at Bartram Park includes Bartram Crossing, a 100-bed skilled nursing facility, Bartram Lakes, an assisted living facility, and The Green House Residences, a
specialized memory care center, all conveniently located within the campus on Jacksonville’s south side.
Yellowstone Landscape installed all of the property’s landscaping and irrigation systems over a six month construction timeline, concluding in November of 2013.
The Brooks at Bartram campus features over 320 trees, including 85 large palms and hardwood species and over 130,000 of turf.
Our Installation team was honored with a 2014 Excellence in Construction Award by the First Coast Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, a construction trade organization.
