Handmade Christmas Wreaths

Ecoscape added handmade Christmas wreaths to the monuments of HOA’s and multi-family communities. They add a simple but festive addition to the entrances of their communities. The wreaths look great against the stone work or bricks of the entrance ways. The residents and their guests enjoy them throughout the season.

We also like to give poinsettias to our apartment communities. They are a great addition to the office/leasing areas, and the staff may take them home after the holidays or give them to their residents.

This year we will be donating $5005.00!! Way to go to all our employees great job!!

October was a month of giving back to our community

On October 20th, the Charlotte Maintenance management team sponsored and participated in the 2nd Annual Birkdale HOA golf tournament. As a valued customer for over 6 years, we were happy to be given the opportunity to support Birkdale HOA and the local community. Proceeds from the event went to “Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry in Huntersville”, whose mission is to provide a week’s worth of nutritious groceries to people within the community facing economic hardships.

On October 31st, we were given the opportunity to sponsor and participate in The Keith Corp 20th Annual Golf Invitational. All proceeds from the event benefited The Harvest Center of Charlotte, a local charity that aims to create a community where individuals affected by homelessness, poverty or unemployment are empowered through transitional programs and are transformed through love and ministry.

Fall is a good time to plant…

Fall is a good time to plant…..

This past month we were very pleased to see a vision come to fruition.  Tasked with the job of improving the layers and dimension of one of our HOA clubhouses, Brad Nye and Javier Niniz accomplished the goal.  Our valued customer needed some life and color brought to their clubhouse/sales center and had a condensed timeline to complete the work.  Brad, Javier and the team installed large evergreen trees, layers of shrubbery and finished everything off with some needed color to bring life to the front.  The customer was very pleased and in addition to their satisfaction they won second place overall in a contest conducted in the fall.

Thanks to the entire team involved and our valued customer for allowing us this opportunity

Shout out to our Charlotte Crew

Amy Willis, Volunteer at Serenity

Ms Williams Writes. ” I am writing to thank you for the work that you and tour employees do at the Serenity House in Huntersville. I am usually there on Monday mornings when your employees are there. They are always polite and considerate of the volunteers and family members. Always doing a great job in the yard. It is my understanding that you provide this a a community service, at no charge, and are most grateful. Serenity House is a very special place, and your contribution to our mission is a part of that!”

Ecoscape Stands Above the Rest

Ecoscape gets high praise from Marisa Highsmith as shown in her note below.

Ecoscape stands above the rest due to their ability to communicate and above all, their willingness to get it right. When you recommend a vendor to an association as a manager, it is also your contract on the line if things go badly. This is not something I have to worry about with Ecoscape. I have mobile access to key members of the team at all times and am never felt to be a burden for asking questions. I do not receive invoices for work not performed and Ecoscape has never performed work outside of the contract without approval. I am not a landscaper and Ecoscape’s team of professionals will always take a moment to make recommendations for cost saving measures to enhance a community’s natural beauty.

Green Growth

Ecoscape Solutions Group, Inc. one of the Southeast’s largest commercial landscape companies continues TO GROW!!

Already ranked near the top of the region’s landscape firms, Ecoscape Solutions Group seeks to improve that standing by acquiring Lawns Done Right in Ladson, SC, outside of Charleston on December 1, 2015. With offices already located in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charleston; Owner & CEO Tony Pope says, “By purchasing Lawns Done Right, our firm will be expanding our present Charleston facility by relocating into the Lawns Done Right facility, which will allow for immediate, as well as future growth.” Lawns Done Right, previously owned by Phillip and Krista Sprague, was in business in Ladson for 13 successful years. In joining the Ecoscape team, the Spragues will remain as key participants in helping to position the firm for major expansion in the Charleston area. The acquisition will bring Ecoscape’s “in season” employee count to 160 and allow the company to strengthen its primary focus, that of commercial lawn maintenance.

Ecoscape Helps South Carolina

On October 4th and 5th Columbia, SC was hit with record breaking rain, causing major flooding throughout the region, leaving thousands of people without food, water, power, daily essentials, and in some cases….homeless. During the next 2 weeks, Ecoscape Solutions Group partnered together with Calvary Chapel of Lexington to hold a drive to collect food, water, bathroom and bedroom items, and several other necessities that those affected by the flooding will need to get back on their feet. As a team, we bonded together over this horrific disaster to raise nearly $10,000 worth of items. Those items were delivered on October 15th to Calvary Chapel of Lexington, who will be delivering to local communities to help out during there time of need. As an organization, we are so proud of ALL of our staff, who helped make this happen!!
