Ecoscape Stands Above the Rest

Ecoscape gets high praise from Marisa Highsmith as shown in her note below.

Ecoscape stands above the rest due to their ability to communicate and above all, their willingness to get it right. When you recommend a vendor to an association as a manager, it is also your contract on the line if things go badly. This is not something I have to worry about with Ecoscape. I have mobile access to key members of the team at all times and am never felt to be a burden for asking questions. I do not receive invoices for work not performed and Ecoscape has never performed work outside of the contract without approval. I am not a landscaper and Ecoscape’s team of professionals will always take a moment to make recommendations for cost saving measures to enhance a community’s natural beauty.

Green Growth

Ecoscape Solutions Group, Inc. one of the Southeast’s largest commercial landscape companies continues TO GROW!!

Already ranked near the top of the region’s landscape firms, Ecoscape Solutions Group seeks to improve that standing by acquiring Lawns Done Right in Ladson, SC, outside of Charleston on December 1, 2015. With offices already located in Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charleston; Owner & CEO Tony Pope says, “By purchasing Lawns Done Right, our firm will be expanding our present Charleston facility by relocating into the Lawns Done Right facility, which will allow for immediate, as well as future growth.” Lawns Done Right, previously owned by Phillip and Krista Sprague, was in business in Ladson for 13 successful years. In joining the Ecoscape team, the Spragues will remain as key participants in helping to position the firm for major expansion in the Charleston area. The acquisition will bring Ecoscape’s “in season” employee count to 160 and allow the company to strengthen its primary focus, that of commercial lawn maintenance.

Ecoscape Helps South Carolina

On October 4th and 5th Columbia, SC was hit with record breaking rain, causing major flooding throughout the region, leaving thousands of people without food, water, power, daily essentials, and in some cases….homeless. During the next 2 weeks, Ecoscape Solutions Group partnered together with Calvary Chapel of Lexington to hold a drive to collect food, water, bathroom and bedroom items, and several other necessities that those affected by the flooding will need to get back on their feet. As a team, we bonded together over this horrific disaster to raise nearly $10,000 worth of items. Those items were delivered on October 15th to Calvary Chapel of Lexington, who will be delivering to local communities to help out during there time of need. As an organization, we are so proud of ALL of our staff, who helped make this happen!!

Congratulatory letter from State Representative John R. Bradford, III

Ecoscape received a letter of commendation from State Representative John Bradford, III in recognition of our ranking on the Landscape Management’s list of 150.

Rep. Bradford writes, “Congratulations on being recognized on Landscape Management’s list of 150 largest revenue-generating landscape companies! That is incredible and speaks to the growth of your company in a positive direction. Your success last year greatly benefits Huntersville area and the Lake Norman region.”

“I wish you and your staff the best as you continue to provide outstanding customer service. If there is anything I can do to be of assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact my office.”

Kudos to Charlotte’s Enhancement Crew

John McWilliams and his Enhancement Crew get high praise from Mr. Mike Ziegler as attested to in the note below.

Mr. Ziegler writes, “I wanted to let you know that John and his crew were phenomenal to work with for our home improvement project. … I can say that working with John and Ecoscape has been a true pleasure. I have high standards and really try to simply find folks that deliver on their promises. John has done that.”

“… I did witness some attention to detail that made me feel very good. John personally corrected some areas of the yard that he saw as high and not appropriately graded. He could have easily said nothing or done nothing, but he made it right. He also interjected with the fence vendors who would have changed the grade inappropriately to make their fence fit (instead of fixing/shortening the fence). He did the right thing, even when no one was looking and that means more to me than you could know. John also listens when we speak (I know, it sounds small, but it is big). He remembered all of the details we spoke about and the end product is amazing …!”

“Wanted to pass this along because it has been a pleasure working with your Ecoscape team.”

Kudos to Raleigh’s Crew

Amberly’s Community Manager, Monique Taylor, commends our Raleigh crews on their service and professionalism. Excerpt below.

Ms. Taylor writes, “I am writing to recommend EcoScape Solutions Group; they have provided excellent grounds maintenance in a variety of services, including routine maintenance, drainage projects, and snow and ice management.”

“This past winter, I relied on them for more than merely removing snow and ice; I can truly say that they helped me to manage the situation. We are a residential clubhouse facility and must have real-time information to make decisions regarding the operation of the facility. EcoScape’s crew and account manager were onsite and providing updates long before I would have ever been able to. They are proactive, reaching out to confirm our expectations and requests right along with the weather forecast. Their candid, knowledgeable feedback on the condition of our site allowed me to make a safe judgment call without having to be there at all times. On some occasions, they could honestly say that treatment was not necessary; many times they alerted me to the gravity of the situation – not only at my site, but on nearby roads throughout the community. Having the insight to help my client manage its time and money, they are our partners rather than just a vendor.”

“The attention and service is always prompt, professional, and reliable. They truly made the winter – and each season – easier to facilitate and manage. I highly recommend them.”

Operation: Coming Home

Operation: Coming Home

Ecoscape Solutions Group, Inc. was honored to participate, again this year, in Operation: Coming Home (OCH). OCH is a program which was created in 2007 by a group of local veterans in collaboration with the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County to aid a local military service member who was severely wounded in combat, by fulfilling his/her families desire to live the American Dream of home ownership—thus the creation of Operation: Coming Home (OCH).

Along with Pulte Homes, Ecoscape Solutions Group provided time and materials to create a dream home complete with an outdoor patio with fire pit for this year’s recipient, US Army SSC Tim Payne, who was honored at the OCH Key Ceremony on June 25th.

Welcome home SSC Payne. We hope you enjoy your outdoor space for many years to come.
